6:15 we are in the room. Meredith is in a gown signing forms and getting tubes put in. I am just trying to stay out of the way.

6:35 Meredith is connected to all of her tubes (except the spinal and catheter that she will get in the room) We are waiting for her to get fluid in her and answering a whole bunch of questions. Our nurse is named Madonna.

 

6:40 Just got to hear the baby's heartbeat. I can't believe it won't be long until we get to hold him and hear hi without the monitors.

 

7:05 We are all ready and waiting for 7:30. Unless something exciting happens I will update after the surgery (o and Sumer just came so life is fun now!)

 

 

 

7:25 Meredith is back getting a spinal. Sumer and I are telling birth stories. They will come get me soon. I wonder what Noah will look like?

 

8:15 It is all finished. I think he weighs 7 lbs 7 ounces. He is 21 inches long. He is loud and not very excited to be out in the world. But he is crying and looks good.

 

10:00 Meredith is back in her room. Noah has been bathed and is cooking before he can come see us. (He is warming up under the heater). Nathan and the grandparents are here. Nathan went and looked at the baby in the nursery and talked to him. I will post more when I have time, but the live blog is over.
