Days 4, 5, and 6

We are slowly but surely settling back in at home. We are very blessed to have Nana here with us. Noah is going to be lost when she is not here scooping him up to be held and loved on and Nathan is going to be sad when he wakes up and Nana is no longer sleeping in Noah's room. I don't know who is going to continue to do dishes and laundry either. We've had quite a week with Nathan having a slight sprained ankle and a slightly upset stomach this morning. He definitely loves his little brother and wants to know where he is at all times. He loves to give him kisses and give him his pacifier. But Nathan is also in definite need of Mommy and Daddy time. Learning to share has been tough for him.

Noah is an excellent baby and doing very well. We went for a weight check yesterday and he gained two ounces and is back up to 7 lbs. He rarely cries and when he does it is because he wants something - to eat, be changed or be held and he wants it now. For the most part he sleeps - during the day and at night. We'll see how long it lasts:)

Last night we went on our first family outing. We went to the walking track to get some fresh air for a few minutes. Nathan loved riding his big red car, especially when Daddy would run and he could be a race car. Noah seemed to enjoy his first stroller ride as well. I have to say my heart swelled a little as I realized we were out for the first time as a family of four. We are so blessed and God is so good!
