Last Day of School

Today is Nathan's last day of first grade. He had a wonderful year learning many new things and making so many new friends. Ms. Quinton is a great teacher and we will miss her this summer.

Blast Off Choir Program

Nathan did an excellent job as Rudy in the Children's Choir Musical Sunday night. He worked hard learning his lines and had fun with all his friends singing and dancing on stage as they worshiped together.

Boys on Bikes

 Since they were having a trade in deal at Toys R Us today Noah upgraded to a bigger bike.

We bought the one off the rack so Noah wanted to ride it out the door of the store and as soon as we got home he was ready to show off his new ride to all the big boys playing basketball in the driveway.

Nathan is riding all the way around the neighborhood now and sporting a new look with his bicycle helmet he got for his birthday yesterday.

Nathan's 7th Birthday

 

 Nathan asked for a sleepover party for his birthday this year. Here he is anxiously awaiting the arrival of his friends.

And he was able to celebrate again with all of Shane's family on Sunday. Lucky him he got two parties!

Mother's Day 2013

Mother's Day is always special since we are blessed with two little boys and now we have even more fun with Yisak and Firfirey in the mix. The boys worked hard making me cards and gifts in school and at church. I treasure all these sweet moments and Noah's little handprints and Nathan's funny little rhymes, all gifts from God.

T-ball 2013

We finally got our uniform complete.

 He is doing great at batting and fielding. Today he made a home run.

And we were blessed to have Caleb come watch the game with us and cheer Nathan on.

Red Carpet Event

Nathan and his classmates each shared a story they wrote for all of the parents and then received trophies for all their hardwork. Nathan and his buddy Bayard always have a good time together.
