It's a beautiful day outside today so Shane got busy in the yard and Nathan and Noah worked hard too. Nathan said he felt happy working in the yard because it felt like he felt like he was his Granddad One.

First Day of School

Nathan's first day of first grade at Lone Oak Elementary with Ms. Quinton and Noah's first day of 3 yr old preschool at Immanuel Baptist Church with Mrs. Lois and Mrs. Dee Dee.

Backyard Campout

Making memories...tonight the weather was just right...one of God's blessings...couldn't pass up being outside on a night like tonight. And it was the perfect night to try out our "new" tent we picked up at Goodwill recently. We enjoyed playing outside and making smores. Now all three boys are in asleep in the tent. We'll see if it lasts all night :)

Ya Ya's Island

One of the boys favorite places in Paducah is YaYa's Island. Since we only have 3 days before Nathan starts school again I thought we'd make the most of it today and go play. The boys had a blast and were so tired when we left they didn't even complain about leaving. Here Noah is playing restaurant in one of the little cabins and Nathan is riding the train.
